  • Our own extensive database of CVs, arranging candidates by sector, job position, experience, residence and other criteria
  • The CV database of the portal
  • Adverts placed at the portal and on our own dedicated page

Executive search selection

Direct, targeted approach of potential candidates who are not actively seeking work and therefore may not yet be in our database. Only after deep labour market research and networking to get information on profiled candidates is it possible to perform an executive search of quality.

The client receives a ‘long list’ as a result of this targeted approach, comprising the potential candidates and their reaction regarding the open position.

After we complete an interview centred on behaviour and expertise, endorsed candidates proceed to interview with our clients. The final selection process includes authentication of final candidates’ references from multiple sources, to help in definitive decision-making.
